Abstract

After the establishment of Pakistan in the Indian subcontinent, various movements emerged, of which the Islamic Literary Movement was the most prominent. During the long rule of Muslims in the subcontinent, not only did civilization and civilization progress take place, but also an extraordinary growth was seen in the linguistic and literary fields. The script of the Urdu language was arranged in the Arabic style, and words from Arabic and Persian as well as other languages were also included in it. With this combination, Urdu emerged as a language in which the deep influences of Islamic culture were evident. Since Urdu flourished during the Muslim era, it was generally considered to be the language reflecting Muslim culture. Regarding the land-based cultural movement, Dr. Wazir Agha taught writers to be connected to the land, where he also advised them to be connected to their own civilization and culture. He also advises them to stay connected to their own history. He does not seek Pakistani civilization and culture by cutting off from the civilizations of Mohenjo-daro, Harappa and the Indus Valley. In Dr. Wazir Agha's famous book "Urdu Poetry's Mood", first published in 1965, he called the land the foundation of literature and civilization. According to him, this land came into existence through the fusion of ancient Dravidian and Aryan civilizations.
