A Post-Modern Formulation of the Story in "Makhota".

Abstract

The contemporary situation of post-modernism has influenced the art of storytelling and influenced the story in various ways. Apart from one or two novels in Urdu, no post-modern attitude is found in any novel, but in some novels, post-modern techniques and attitudes are definitely involved. If we look at the post-modern novels, the main problem of the story in them is not the transmission of meaning, but the mode of existence of the story, that is, how the meaning of the text will be determined. Therefore, according to the post-modern attitudes, the writers have kept in mind the process of creating the story in the novels, that is, how was the story created? What essentials were taken into consideration for this? For the analysis and analysis of the novel, it is very important to put the original and basic concepts of postmodernism in front so that the structure of the story in the novel can be evaluated. Here we will look at the postmodern construction of the story in the novel "Mukhota" in the context of intertextuality, meta fiction, reader-based text and writer-based text.
