Abstract

Through the technique of magic realism, supernatural and mysterious things became the part of narrative. The fiction writer mixes strange and unusual elements with realism. Latin American and European writers like rulfo, Marquez and Kafka used this technique very effectively. In Urdu, Qurratul Ain Haider and Nayyar Mosood’s fiction is good example of it. In fantasy, unlimited imagination is a basic tool. Science fiction is the modern shape of Fantasy.
